    Plaquenil Hi everybody, when do you take your. - LUPUS UK I have been on Plaquenil for about 6 months or so and I have noticed an improvement in the facial rash, even in a flare up it is nowhere near as red as it used to be. I think the cough and the breathing problems are a little easier too, don't know if this is to do with the Plaquenil but I'm grateful for any improvement.
