  5. I don't know for sure if it is the plaquenil or other meds but my rheumy seems to have my inflammation/stiffness under pretty good control. Been taking plaquenil and arava for about a year. Just rediced plaquenil from one tablet twice a day to one tablet once a day. I also take Cimzia injections bi-weekly but that has only been for about 6 months.
